Saving Lives by Fostering With RHSFostering is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of homeless pets and in the lives of the families who adopt them.Caring, responsible foster homes are needed for dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. Food, treats, supplies and vet care are provided. Foster families open their homes and their hearts to provide a safe and loving environment for homeless pets until a permanent home can be found.
