Sugar Ray (now known as Jack) hit the jackpot when his foster mom and dad, Sue and Bobby Knight, decided he would be staying with them for good. His big brother Bubba (also an RHS adoptee) came along to be sure the adoption went smoothly. :) Thank you, Sue and Bobby!
Sir Chester (now known as Charlie) is doing great with his new family. He was adopted August 2 by a family who previously adopted from RHS (Loni, 2003).
Sir Chester was fostered by new RHS fosters Neha Joshi-Mogal and Abhay Mogal. Congratulations, Neha and Abhay, on placing your first RHS foster!
Next to go home tonight was our sweet Reba. Reba has been in the program for quite awhile - fostered by Gail Teel, the Paschal family, and Pat Rotundo, boarded and trained at K-9, adopted and returned, then boarded again. HUGE thanks to Amy Drouillard and K-9 University for coordinating Reba's visits at K-9 with…
First to go home was Leyna, who was fostered by Jennifer McClelland, then boarded and trained at K-9 where she met her "dad to be." K-9 employee Trevor had been spending a lot of time with Leyna and was very excited to find out she was available for adoption! Leyna has a new, fun, forever…
Not sure if beautiful poodle Ginger Rogers's tiny feet will ever touch the floor with her wonderful new family. Two teenage daughters, a work-from-home mom, and a dad (who we hear will spoil her the most) will make sure she is loved and cuddled forever! Ginger was fostered by Jean Whiting and family, who did…
Skylar III, fostered by the ever-amazing Cortez family, was adopted by a sweet family. His new best buddy is their 9-year-old daughter, who chose his new name, Flash! ;o)
CUTE little bundle of energy Charlie T., fostered by Bob and Pat Wykes, found a loving home. They picked out lots of perfect toys for him and are looking forward to a good time with their new pup. Great job, Bob and Pat!
Piper Joy will be the first dog for her new mom. Piper, mom to a litter of beautiful puppies, is a PERFECT first dog for someone - smart, calm, well mannered, and sweet. Gladys Fung did a super job fostering Piper and her babies. Piper's new name will be Nala.
