Joelle decided to stay with her foster family for good. Our long time volunteer Martha Duke found her as a stray and took her to the Dallas Animal Shelter. She kept tabs on her until RHS was able to pull her. Joelle was staying at Pooch Hotel for a while until Purnima fostered her. Joelle developed an amazing bonding with Purnima’s husband and dogs and they want Joelle to be part of their family. Thanks to Martha Duke for rescuing her, Pooch Hotel & Purnima for fostering her and everyone along the way to make this possible.
