Molly Quinn Adoption

Molly Quinn Adoption

Exactly one year after Cindy Chadwick rescued Molly and her 7 pups (known collectively as The Mob), she was adopted to her forever home. Molly has had a wild ride: pulled from a hoarding situation in Lavon with her pups, she’s been in and out of several homes, spent a few months in boarding, but finally found her perfect match with an unlikely young couple.
When I first received their application I was dubious – we wanted dog experienced people with a house and a big back yard, maybe a ranch. This couple had never had a dog of their own, lived in an apartment with no yard, but they persisted and so I thought, what have we got to lose, Molly gal? Nothing, that’s what.
I interviewed two couples for Molly on the same day, one checked all the boxes, the other didn’t. I went with the one that didn’t, which just goes to show you…mainly it goes to show you that I almost made a colossal mistake, but there are probably other lessons stuffed in there as well.
Thanks to all who loved & helped her along her journey: Cindy Chadwick, Jackie Schlegel, Ann Wright, Lynn Tanksley & family, Nicole Kohanski #wigglebuttacademy.com, and #thevelvetsnout.
Below are pictures of her freedom ride, nursing pups, with her foster mom, Ann, and her new parents Noah and Rachel. Happy life, Molly girl.
