Three of our Easter “Bunny” puppies have made it official with their families. Five in total, the Bunny puppies came from Balch Springs when they were very young. I believe they were owner surrendered without their mom. 🙁 But, Donna Huffman and Rachel Torres stepped up to help these little cuties. They were too young to be taken from their mom, so these ladies had to take on that responsibility.
So…..Donna fell in love with the smallest girl, Sara, aka Sofi, aka Little Stinker. Sara has adorable wiry black fur. Sara and Sophie would come to work with Donna and spend the day hanging out in the office. After many days of denial and the prospect of adoption applications flooding in, Donna realized that this tiny girl was already home. 🙂
