Sockhop (now known as Chuy) had a rough start. He was surrendered to The Vet House by a client after apparently eating roach poison. He was very ill, and the family was unable to pay for his care, so The Vet House contacted RHS for help. Sockhop was boarded at The Vet House for awhile, until he lucked out and ended up being fostered by Kris Keesy and family after Rowdy was adopted. Two lucky breaks! Sockhop was adopted by a sweet dog-knowledgeable family and will have lots of grandchildren to play with!
