Our handsome gentle giant, Charlie (aka Cody B aka Charming Charlie), was adopted today! He convinced his foster dad, Brad, that he should be a permanent member of the pack so they made it official the moment the vet said Charlie was finished with his heartworm treatment. Besides his dad, he now has a mom, an older canine sister, Dina and a canine brother, Pepper.
Charlie was a stray in the Balch Springs Shelter when his sad, dirty face caught the attention of RHS volunteer and President, Dana. A generous donor sponsored Charlie’s heartworm treatment, a foster stepped up and RHS was able to spring him.
Thanks to Brad and Amber for seeing Charlie through his treatment and for loving him so much that they couldn’t let him go.
