Our beautiful catahoula, Chula, was adopted today! Abandoned by her family at Pooch Hotel after being left there for boarding several months ago (the family picked up their male dog and left Chula behind), she found a devoted catahoula-loving family who could not wait to take her home. Their neighbor is a trainer, and he has already promised to come over and work with Chula and her new family on leash walking and anything they need to help Chula succeed in her forever home. Thank you to Pooch Hotel for entrusting RHS to care for Chula and find her forever home, to the Hooper family for fostering Chula and reminding her what it’s like to be a cherished pet, and to The Velvet Snout for boarding her and giving her time to play with other dogs.
